Ro Alfaz Khan, born on April 4, 1999, in Northern Maungdaw, Arakan State, Myanmar, embodies a journey of resilience and artistic expression. Completing his matriculation in 2015, his life took a dramatic turn in 2017 when he and his family were forced to flee to the Cox's Bazar refugee camp in Bangladesh.

In the camp, Ro Alfaz found solace and purpose in humanitarian work, volunteering with various organizations, including those focused on healthcare. His contributions extend beyond mere assistance; they are a bridge between his community and the world outside.

Photography, for Ro Alfaz, is not just a hobby; it's an addiction, a source of healing and hope in a life marked by challenges. His camera lens captures a wide array of subjects – from the struggles of his people to the beauty of nature, encompassing suffering and poverty, sports, landscapes, portraits, flowers, and insects. 'In each frame, I find a piece of serenity, a fragment of hope amidst our obscured existence,' —he reflects.

Though he considers himself a budding photographer, Ro Alfaz's ambition is vast. His journey with photography is one of continuous exploration and growth, capturing moments that speak volumes about the human experience.
